A journey of healing and discovery
Harmony Oak Yoga was born from a deep understanding that healing happens when we feel truly safe and supported. Our founder recognized the need for a yoga space that honors each individual's unique journey, free from judgment or comparison.
Located in the beautiful city of Huntsville, Alabama, our studio serves as a sanctuary where ancient wisdom meets modern understanding. We believe that yoga is not about perfection—it's about connection: to ourselves, to others, and to the present moment.

Meet Your Instructor

Jennifer Tostado
Certified Yoga Instructor, Sound Healer & Somatic Healing Practitioner
I am a certified yoga instructor, sound healer, and somatic healing practitioner with training in trauma-informed and therapeutic practices, as well as other holistic wellness modalities. My own healing journey began over 15 years ago, and through that experience I developed a deep passion for helping others find balance, peace, and renewal.
I offer individualized sessions depending on what each client is looking for. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive environment where you can relax, heal, and reconnect with yourself. Each service is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
I completed my teacher training in Indonesia and expanded my studies in India, the birthplace of yoga. Over the past year, I've been working with private clients in Huntsville and online worldwide, tailoring sessions to fit their unique needs.
